Kelly L. Vasta

Kelly L. Vasta, a founding member of Nield, Delpierre & Vasta PLC, represents her clients in the seven cities of Southside Hampton Roads and beyond, including Northampton and Williamsburg/James County, Virginia. She focuses her practice in the areas of criminal defense, traffic, juvenile criminal defense, family law and personal injury and wrongful death cases. Ms. Vasta is a kind, compassionate and caring individual who stands up for those without a voice. As a trial lawyer, Ms. Vasta employs lifelong advocacy skills to zealously represent her clients in the courtroom and through all stages of litigation. As an attorney, she is a born problem solver, taking on any size project and finding creative solutions for her clients. As a person, she has become a trusted counselor, guiding her clients through the most difficult of times and assisting clients in their future needs. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms. Vasta spent over a decade working in the insurance defense industry in a variety of positions, but most notably as a litigation examiner in the claims department. This has given her first hand knowledge and a rich understanding of the personal injury process, which allows her to effectively and efficiently handle her clients’ personal injury and wrongful death legal matters.
