About David Todd David Todd always has rooted for the underdog. He went to law school to help the little guy get a fair shake against the big and the powerful. David has been a trial lawyer since 1989. He began his legal career practicing criminal defense and successfully trying many criminal jury trials. This experience taught him how to present a compelling case to a judge and jury under the difficult circumstance of defending someone accused of a crime.
