Clients often want to know how to better expand and structure their business practices, and often wonder if their business has adequate protection. Ra’na can identify potential future issues, often before clients even know there is a risk, and helps create and implement plans to stop an issue before it arises. Data privacy and security, international and domestic business transactions, business planning and counseling, and intellectual property law are the focuses of Ra’na’s practice at A Business Law Firm. Born in Columbia, Ra’na is a native of South Carolina and attended the University of South Carolina for both her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. She received a degree in history from the University of South Carolina, and later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law. While in undergrad, Ra’na spent her recreational time playing roller derby for the Richland County Regulators, a passion she still holds. In law school she served as Assistant Article Editor for the school’s Journal of Law and Education, interned at various law firms, and participated in a domestic violence clinic where she provided women in need with free legal services. In her free time, she enjoys roller skating, spending time with her menagerie of pets, and arguing with strangers on the internet. View More ›
