We partner with Google Analytics, AdRoll, and similar services to understand how people use our site and to show you ads after you visit. These partners may use cookies, device IDs, or tags that share your IP and browsing activity.

By submitting a lead and using our Services, you consent to these analytics and advertising uses.

  • Law Firms & Partners: When you submit, we share your info with participating firms and related partners so they can evaluate and contact you.
  • Marketing & Data Partners: For analytics, retargeting, and campaign measurement.
  • Service Providers: Vendors who help us with hosting, email, analytics, and security.
  • Legal: If required by law or to protect rights.

Once your info is shared with a law firm or partner, their privacy policies apply. We don’t control what they do with your info.

Submitting information here does not create an attorney–client relationship with Pursuing or any law firm. That happens only if and when you formally engage with a firm.
