Dalton has more than 30 years of experience in occupational safety and workers’ compensation law in Nevada and was formerly the Chief Administrative Officer of the Nevada OSHA Consultation Section (SCATS). As a former compliance officer with the Nevada OSHA program, Dalton conducted inspections in both general industry and construction settings including accident and fatality investigations. Dalton is an experienced trainer and former adjunct professor at UNLV. Mr. Hooks’ unique background and training make him an effective and knowledgeable advocate.
