Matthew S. Kenefick

I am a successful California Business attorney, assisting clients with Business, Real Estate, Civil, Compliance, and Litigation matters. My practice includes representation and defense of small and large businesses from an array of industries. With extensive experience, I provide aggressive advocacy in and out of the courtroom. I am dedicated to practical advice, superior legal strategies, and cost-effective recommendations. I grew up in Los Gatos, and worked my way through school with numerous scholarships and honors. A proud father, outside of work I can be found spending time with my family. I enjoy travel, golf, and outdoor photography. Additionally, I am active in the local community, having volunteered with Legal Advocates for Children and Youth, East San Jose Community Law Center, and the Santa Clara County Public Defender's Office.
