Robert (R.J.) Walker was born in Laramie and is a second generation Wyoming attorney. Upon graduating from Cheyenne Central High School in 2000, Robert completed a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Robert is fluent in Portuguese and has a basic comprehension of Spanish. Robert joined Hickey & Evans in the fall of 2010 and has primarily represented clients in the areas of estate planning, probate, general civil litigation, business transactions, insurance defense, employment law, and appellate practice. Robert regularly appears before state and federal courts throughout Wyoming, has successfully argued before the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and has resolved numerous cases through the use of mediation and arbitration.
