Brian P. Lundgren is a Seattle labor and employment attorney representing employers, companies and businesses. Mr. Lundgren is a principle at Jackson Lewis P.C., one of the largest firms in the country devoted to advice and litigation in areas such as labor, employment, civil rights and many others on behalf of both public and private companies in virtually every industry. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lundgren served as an infantry squad leader in the United States Army. During law school, Mr. Lundgren participated in Law Review. He graduated second in his class, summa cum laude in 2000. Mr. Lundgren's traditional labor law practice includes significant National Labor Relations Board experience, labor arbitration, union elections, collective bargaining, strikes, and advising employers on an array of complex labor issues. Mr. Lundgren also frequently defends employers and management against charges, government investigations, and complaints in government agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, State Human Rights Department, United States Department of Labor, Mine Safety and Health Administration, Washington Department of Labor and Industries.
