Satnam Singh is the principal lawyer in Satnam Singh, PC, and American Immigration Law Office, PLC, practicing law since 1988. Satnam is admitted to the Supreme Court of Virginia; the US Courts of Appeals for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, 10th, 11th, and Federal Circuits; Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia; Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia; US Tax Court; US Court of International Trade; the US Supreme Court; and the Bar Council (Punjab & Haryana) in India. His areas of practice include: Litigation, Appeals, Consular Processing, Waivers, Family Immigration, Naturalization, I-9 Review and Audits, and Business Immigration. He obtained his LL.B. from Delhi University, India; J.D. (Eq.), and LL.M. from William & Mary Law School, VA; M.A. in Instructional Technology, from San Jose State University, CA; and M.A. (Politics: International Relations) and M.Phil. (International Studies) from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India. He has been volunteering for several AILA National and Local Committees, Board Member of the Virginia State Bar International Practice Section, and Chair of the ABA’s GP/Solo International Law Section. He represented the petitioner in Adolfo Rendon BRACAMONTES v. Eric H.
