Caitlin Leigh Riccobono

Caitlin (“Cait”) Riccobono, Esq. works with healthcare providers, health IT companies, and other innovators in the digital health landscape on matters such as general compliance and risk management, IT privacy and security, health information exchange, and contract negotiation and management. Cait also has experience assisting clients with data sharing program applications and initiatives, including CMS’ Qualified Entity (QE) Program. As an attorney and certified HealthCare Information Security & Privacy Practitioner (HCISPP), Cait understands both the regulatory and technical components of healthcare compliance and IT security requirements. Prior to beginning her career as a healthcare lawyer, Cait spent five years as a skilled nursing and long-term care social worker. She puts this experience to work for her clients, utilizing her on-the-ground perspective to craft practical solutions in a complex regulatory environment.
