He has set up thousands of trusts and wills. He has over 29 years of experience counseling clients on wealth transfers and succession planning, as well as charitable giving, probate, trust administration and related tax issues. He was president of National Seminars of America where he promoted and presented seminars on Asset Protection, Corporations and Estate Planning. David Perry is an adjunct professor at the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business. He teaches business law, trusts, wills and power of attorney's He is on Utah State University's Planned giving board.
