As an elder care attorney for over 25 years in Whitesboro, Texas, I know the fears and concerns when they or a loved one is faced with the need for full time elder care planning and assistance with the daily activities of living. No one wants to be confined to a nursing home, but it happens suddenly and without warning. As a retirement planning attorney, I also recognize the need for not only a retirement plan, but also an elder care plan.
