Colin William Walsh

Colin Walsh is a trial attorney with the Austin office of Rob Wiley, P.C. Since joining the firm in 2011, Mr. Walsh has aggressively represented clients in state court, federal court, administrative actions, and internal grievance hearings. He has appeared before state and federal trial court judges, administrative law judges, and hearing officers throughout Texas and in Washington, D.C. Mr. Walsh also has extensive appellate experience. He has drafted numerous appellate briefs for both state and federal courts, including the Texas Supreme Court. Mr. Walsh has argued before the Fifth Circuit in New Orleans, the Federal Circuit in Washington, D.C., the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas, and the Third District Court of Appeals in Austin.
