Randy Jay Harvey

Employment Law Professionals Northwest is a boutique law firm (less than 10 lawyers) that handles employment litigation, business law, estates, wills, trusts, unemployment appeals, represents first responders, and handles the everyday legal needs people have. Its founder, Dr. Randy J Harvey has a Ph.D. from the University of Oregon, a JD from Concord Purdue Law School, an MA from Western Seminary, and an MS from Eastern Oregon University. He has been practicing law since 2008 in California and 2011 in Oregon. He represents plaintiffs in employment matters, small businesses in transactional and litigation matters, and churches and non-profits in the array of issues that they face. He is the owner-manager of a boutique law firm that actively litigated matters in state and federal courts in Oregon and California. Most of all Randy is a family man who has been married to Shelly for more than 46 years and has four grown children and eleven grandchildren. He makes his home in Sherwood, Oregon where he is involved in church and community activities. His interests include woodworking, hiking, and camping.
