Ken Stafford’s positive and engaging personality helps his clients feel at ease instantly. His kind-hearted nature and approach-ability make him successful as a DUI attorney and as he helps clients find success in life outside of their DUI case. He understands completely that his clients are going through a stressful, overwhelming and emotional time of their lives. The combination of his empathetic and calm nature with his impressive legal expertise makes him such a valuable support for clients. Ken credits his upbringing in Houston, Texas by his loving and giving parents who taught him that background and environment pay a huge role in a person’s opportunities in life along with personal choices. This mindset allows Ken to keep an open mind as he interacts with clients, coworkers and the courts, and drives him to do everything that he can to help those around him. Ken brings extensive experience as a public defender, making him a true asset to Reynolds Defense Firm and our DUI clients. In addition to his 17 years as a public defender, his time as a judicial clerk gave him the opportunity to watch hundreds of attorneys in action, learning strengths and weaknesses of trail tactics and personal style. This power of observation and willingness to learn makes him ready to catch whatever legal challenges you can throw at him, and he loves the possibility of turning legal challenges into opportunities for our clients. As for Ken’s life outside of Reynolds Defense Firm, he enjoys outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking, and skiing. He spends most of his time with his partner, Sara, and their young son, Paul, trying new restaurants and visiting the coast.
