In 2000 I was admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. After working as an associate for local law firms, in 2005 I opened my own practice. The focus of my practice is matrimonial, family law, and mediation. I am keenly aware that sometimes we have no option but to litigate, and we do it. For those who cannot mediate, negotiate, or collaborate through their issues, I fight hard for my clients to protect their best interests. I have successfully handled many: divorce; child custody; child support; spousal support; family offense (order of protection); challenging cps/acs indicated matters; name changes, adoptions; pre-nuptial agreements; post-nuptial agreements; neglect; and related issues.
