William C. Devine II

Attorney William Devine, II is a strong advocate of consumer rights. Born and raised in the small rural town of Hempstead, Texas, William has always been an active member of his community, even from an early age. He graduated from Prairie View A&M University with his Bachelors of Electrical Engineering Degree, and was an active member in the university’s solar car program, which earned him a coveted internship with AT&T Bell Labs in Allentown, Pennsylvania. Prior to becoming an attorney, William was a technology consultant in the emerging Internet industry, and held various technical management and executive positions with multiple technology start-ups in and around Houston, Texas during the nineties. William graduated from UNLV's William S. Boyd School of Law, as a dual major earning both his Juris Doctorate (law) degree and his Masters of Business Administration. While in law school, William worked for two years as a law clerk for a Las Vegas general practice attorney and gained experience in a multitude of practice areas, include civil litigation, family law, real estate, and personal injury. After law school, William practiced as a patent associate for a large regional multi-state ~300 attorney firm based out of St. Louis in the Las Vegas, Nevada branch office.
