Attorney Michael Kind has outsourced his receptionists or gatekeepers to a country that does not understand the words “data brokers” and many other words for that matter. I was dismissed by a gatekeeper he pays to take messages that my case was not relevant, that he could not help me. Then, later in the day, another gatekeeper/receptionist called with an accent who didn’t seem to understand many of my words. All I can say is, hire me Mr. Kind, because I feel so sorry for you that the service you utilize as an initial contact is turning people away. Go ahead and ask a relative to call in and tell a story that aligns with your expertise—they’ll be turned away like me. Your gatekeepers most likely only send people your way who fluently speak their language which greatly limits a vast population of people who call and seek your help because they read your list of expertise online. To become an attorney takes great intelligence but don’t cheapen all the hard work you do by outsourcing to people who don’t speak English fluently or understand what it is you do, what you’re expertise encompasses. Your gatekeeper turned me away because she has no clue what it is you actually do for your clients.
