Biography

I have practiced law for 35 years and have had experience in a many different legal areas and with a variety of issues. I am particularly good at writing and have obtained good settlements for my clients on several occasions just on the strength of a letter I wrote alone. I have been in court a lot and am confident in that arena as well. I am a sensitive person and a good listener and feel that I must establish a good rapport with my clients in order to help them. I also am very cognizant of the high cost of legal services and try to keep them as low as possible. Large up front retainers are not required.
