Leonard Rossetti

Leonard R. Rossetti is a shareholder of the Firm. Mr. Rossetti is a highly professional and personable counselor, who concentrates his practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, zoning and land use, construction and other commercial lending, as well as corporate and business law. With regard to zoning and land use matters, Mr. Rossetti not only appears before numerous boards across the region, but has served as Solicitor to the Cherry Hill Township Zoning Board (January 1999 - February 2003). With regard to real estate transactions, Mr. Rossetti has particular expertise in complex land titles and title insurance matters. Before obtaining his law degree, Mr. Rossetti spent his professional career in the title insurance industry. For 15 years, he was president and chief executive officer of a major New Jersey title insurance agency.
