Metro Detroit Divorce Attorney Simone R. Sprague grew up in Macomb County, Michigan, where she lived with her parents, grandfather, and three younger siblings. Growing up in her grandfather’s home gave Simone a true appreciation of what it means to be “family,” as she was often surrounded by Aunties, Uncles, and multitudes of cousins (think My Big Fat Greek Wedding). She credits her passion for helping people to these experiences, and to her mother who never turns down a person in need. Simone received her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Lee Honors College at Western Michigan University, where she played the trumpet in the Bronco Marching Band for four years. She is a self-described “band nerd” who loves discussing all things music. She went on to earn her JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she was a board member of a student-directed organization designed to assist survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and stalking. Simone is licensed to practice law in the State of Michigan. Outside of the office, Simone enjoys volunteering in the community. During the spring and summer, she and her husband can often be found dressed as superheroes at charitable events. She is particularly passionate about causes supporting children, animals, and the elderly. View More ›
