Emmett B. Irwin obtained his Juris Doctor at the University of Baltimore School of Law and was subsequently granted admittance to the Maryland Bar. Early in his career, Emmett did Medicaid and Social Security Disability applications and appeals for patients of Johns Hopkins Health Systems, the University of Maryland Medical Systems and LifeBridge Health, among many others. Emmett also serves as Vice Chair of the Elder Law and Disability Rights Section Council of the Maryland State Bar Association, Co-Chair of the Disability Section of the Maryland Association for Justice, and is a member of the Peer Review Committee of the Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland.
