Michael Schneider is an experienced criminal defense attorney, concentrating in appellate, habeas corpus, new trial motions, and other post-conviction litigation. Michael has defended homicide, serious felony, and misdemeanor cases and has handled complex federal sentencing and parole matters. Michael's cases have often involved international human rights, national security, export controls, international law, and constitutional civil rights issues.
