Matthew J. Maiona is a partner at Maiona Ward and has exclusively practiced immigration law for over 18 years. Attorney Maiona represents clients nation-wide ranging from hospitals, environmental companies, information technology companies, the hotel/hospitality industry, construction, architectural firms, retail, engineering and insurance companies to individuals seeking visas to work and live in the United States. Attorney Maiona represents both employers and employees before the US Citizenship & Immigration Services, Department of Labor, and Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, U.S. Embassies, Consulates, state labor agencies, Executive Office for Immigration Review, Board of Alien Labor Certification Appeals, Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer and federal courts.
