He is a frequent speaker on a variety of estate planning topics, regularly presenting educational seminars for the public as well as private groups. He is an accredited attorney of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Mr. Pyke is also a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (AAEPA), the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a Certified Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. Mr. Pyke serves on the Education Advisory Board and has achieved the distinction as an Estate Planning Fellow with the AAEPA. Mr. Pyke is a co-author of two books, A Will Is Not Enough In Georgia and Estate Planning Basics: 38 Commonly Asked Questions About Estate Planning. Mr. Pyke, a native Atlantan, graduated from Woodward Academy, a college preparatory school in College Park, then obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance at Auburn University. He went on to earn his Doctor of Law degree from the Emory University School of Law. Mr. Pyke, who is married and the father of two.
