Biography

I have recently decided to concentrate solely on County and Circuit Court civil mediations and arbitrations. I would future referrals for my services in these areas. The reason for my decision to concentrate solely upon mediation and arbitration is due to the desire to help parties reach settlement without having a Judge or Court impose a Judgment upon them. I believe self-determination is far superior to formal litigation in Court. I have 18 years practical experience with Civil Mediation and Arbitration. I have worked with a great many attorneys, corporations and businesses since 1997. I have participated in a number of mediations over the years with the Department of Transportation offices and enjoy working with them. I am very familiar with DOT issues, including all aspects of eminent domain, rights of way, condemnation and other public takings. I am also experienced with many areas of civil litigation, involving contracts, foreclosures, and personal injury, to name a few. I now plan on concentrating solely on Mediation and Arbitration and am a reliable resource in resolving disputed legal matters of all types. I enjoy and love the role of a practicing Mediator and Arbitrator and it receives my full attention and passion. I would like to work with you and your firm in the very near future. Since I am not affiliated with any mediation group, I am very flexible and am often available on short notice. If you know of any other attorneys who need a new and fresh mediator, I would appreciate your referral. I have been an attorney in Florida since 1979 and a certified Circuit, County and Foreclosure Mediator and a certified Middle District Bankruptcy Foreclosure since 1997. I am very experienced blessed with an excellent reputation within the legal community. I have had consistently good success with resolution of mediated and arbitr View More ›
