Michaile J. Berg has extensive experience in negotiating and completing complex corporate and real estate transactions, including corporate formation and governance documents, contracts, employment agreements, leases, purchase & sale, and licensing agreements. Ms. Berg has served as counsel in arbitrations before the AAA and FINRA, mediations, and civil litigation matters in the Maricopa County Superior Court, the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Arizona. Ms. Berg is a Phoenix native and received her B.S., summa cum laude, from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University in 2005 and J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2009 with an emphasis in business and commercial law. While in law school, Ms. Berg served as a law clerk for a regional law firm in Phoenix, Arizona, where she assisted in the creation and implementation of a nationwide document retention project for the firm.
