Gervais Brand

Gervais R. (Gary) Brand is a graduate of the University of Arizona School of Law and a former Arizona Supreme Court Clerk, Deputy Maricopa County Attorney and Superior Court Commissioner, who has practiced before the Superior Court, the Industrial Commission, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona, and the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. For the last twelve years, he has devoted his practice almost exclusively to serving the needs of consumer debtors in Maricopa, Yavapai, Mohave, and Coconino Counties in the State of Arizona before the United States Bankruptcy Court, from his offices in Prescott, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. His experience is in Chapter 7, Chapter 13, Chapter 11, and Chapter 12 and he welcomes clients with financial challenges in those counties and in Gila, Navajo, Apache, and La Paz counties.
