Frank H. Falkner graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin with a B.S. in education in 1997, He received a Juris Doctor, summa cum laude, from the University of Arkansas School of law in in 2004, receiving the High Academic Achievement Award for first in his class. He was a law clerk to United States District Court Judge Robert T. Dawson of the Western District of Arkansas (2004-05). After his clerkship he joined Rose Law Firm and practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, litigation, business and commercial law from 2005-2015. Thereafter, he began a solo practice in the areas of criminal and family law. He has four times been named as a Mid-South ¬Super Lawyer Rising Star (2009-12). Frank joined Dilks Law firm in 2018 and practices in the areas of consumer bankruptcy. Frank enjoys helping clients find solutions to their financial issues.
