Elissa Hutson Green

I am a Huntsville native. After graduating from Huntsville High School, I attended the University of Alabama and then Cumberland School of Law. After clerking for judges in the Madison County Circuit Court, I opened my own practice specializing in Family Law and Criminal Law. My staff and I make every effort to make out clients' experience with the judicial system as easy as possible. We understand that most clients are unfamiliar with the judicial process, and are fearful of what their experience will be. My staff and I keep our clients informed, and try to make sure they understand each step of the process. My staff and I understand that communication is very important to the client. I make every effort to return calls and answer the client's questions as expediently as possible.
