Billy Carpenter Burney II

I am an experienced and dedicated Attorney, representing clients across the Tennessee Valley and North Alabama. I received my B.A. at the University of Alabama in 1989. My J.D. was obtained at Cumberland School of Law, Samford University in 1992. I am admitted to practice law in the State of Alabama and United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
