Kaya C Massey

I am an associate attorney in Tully Rinckey's federal employment practice, headquartered in Washington, D.C. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, I worked for a boutique employment firm here in Washington, where I specialized in both public and private sector employment law. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Duke University, my J.D. from Tulane University Law School, and my L.LM from American University Washington College of Law. I am admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia and Virginia. I am a member of the D.C. Bar Communities’ Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiative, as well as a member of the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia.
