Richard Trimber

Richard “Rich” Trimber is an experienced legal counselor and executive with a keen understanding of the challenges that business owners and executives face on a daily basis. Mr. Trimber is a trusted legal advisor and focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture, equity and debt financings (including strategic, seed, and angel financings), joint ventures and strategic alliances, and the general corporate representation of both established and emerging growth companies. He also advises clients on the formation and structuring of new business entities, licensing and commercial contracting matters, general employment and equity compensation matters, business planning, and corporate governance issues. His experience covers a wide range of industry sectors including manufacturing, IT Services, Distribution, software development, internet marketing, new media, retail and health care. In addition, Mr. Trimber’s years of experience operating middle market companies give him insights into challenges associated with daily operations and production of bottom line results for companies. A high-energy, strategic business thinker with experience developing and implementation of strategic plans that align goals of the client with proper structure while producing lower indirect expenses associated with growing a company. As a process-oriented problem solver, Rich has strong conceptual, business and legal analysis skills to find solutions to non-traditional business challenges. Mr. Trimber began his career as a corporate attorney with Andrews and Kurth. In 2012, he was named by Smart CEO Magazine as the one of the top Chief Operating Officers in Washington.
