Steven W. Beckstrom

I am a shareholder at Snow Christensen & Martineau and based in our St. George, Utah office. My practice focuses on general civil litigation, business, construction, real estate, and commercial litigation. I also represent both small and large businesses (including financial institutions, banks, and credit unions) in collecting debts and recovering assets. My practice regularly takes me before the bankruptcy court in Utah and Nevada where I have extensive trial experience. I also advise clients on all aspects of their business, including business formation and planning, contract law, and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
