Jim Wright practices in the areas of real estate, land use and zoning, eminent domain, and construction law. He earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2005, and he received a B.A. degree, cum laude, from Brigham Young University in 2002. Prior to joining Parr Brown, Mr. Wright practiced with the Office of the Property Rights Ombudsman. He has extensive experience in mediating eminent domain and unconstitutional takings claims. Mr. Wright is also well versed in advising private property owners and governments on applicable property rights laws.
