Hi! I have been an attorney for over 17 years and have practiced in a wide variety of areas. Now, I have narrowed down my areas of practice to help individuals with their estate planning to minimize conflict as the estate is administered as they want it done without any unnecessary expenses or hassle to their beneficiaries. My background includes family law, so I know the necessity of harmony in planning and the discord that financial issues can cause, and I will help you avoid them. I have also practiced bankruptcy law and can help you make sure that poor decisions by your beneficiaries will not affect your estate. Additionally, I have experience in criminal law as both a prosecutor and defense attorney and will be able to steer you clear of any action in your planning that would endanger your estate due to criminal charges. Finally, I have been involved in business and general litigation and can look for pitfalls that could bring predatory lawsuits against you or your estate. One of my passions - other than estate planning - is music. In fact, I sing in the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and take advantage of other performance opportunities in the community as they arise. I have performed the bass solos for Handel’s Messiah, Faure’s Requiem, and Schubert’s Mass in G as well as others. My wife and I enjoy showing the country and its beauties to our four children.
