Chad Utley

Chad J. Utley graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in 1993 from Brigham Young University and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Kansas in 1996. At the University of Kansas, he received the Am Jur Award for Wills and Trusts. Mr. Utley currently serves as a Small Claims Judge Pro Tempore and has been appointed by the Utah Supreme Court to serve on the Utah Ethics and Disciplinary Committee where he served for two terms. Mr. Utley is a past president and board member of the Southern Utah Bar Association. Mr. Utley practices in the areas of civil litigation, estate planning, personal injury, adoption and guardianships. In addition, Mr. Utley has significant experience in transactional work, which includes business formation, contracts and commercial leasing. Mr. Utley has been practicing in St. George, Utah since 1996. Mr. Utley is an avid fly-fisherman and amateur astronomer.
