Nanette Gould

Nanette is an attorney with ten years of experience practicing civil rights law in the Nashville area. Having represented students, employees, and employers, Nanette is well acquainted with both sides of virtually all Title IX and employer/employee disputes. Students accused of Title IX violations on today’s colleges and universities are afforded few, if any, rights. Students who do the accusing are almost always presumed to be telling the truth, but there are some false accusations. If your son, or daughter, is accused of sexual harassment or worse, he needs to know that the very first thing he should do is call home, and not say anything at all to anyone at the school regarding the accusations against him. We can help students wrongly accused to make sure their rights are protected, and to help them in their own defense. Having spent countless hours in court and in mediation over employer/employee disputes, Nanette decided to help employers stay out of legal trouble, rather than coming in once the trouble had already started.
