Jane Ellen Cassell is licensed in the state of Tennessee. She has also been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Middle Tennessee, and the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR). She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), Belmont University American Inns of Court, the American Bar Association, and Lawyer's Association for Women: Marion Griffin Chapter. Jane Ellen graduated from Belmont University College of Law where she served as President of the Women's Law Organization. Before attending law school, Jane Ellen graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga where she earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in political science. Jane Ellen's primary focus is on Immigration Law, and Family and Divorce litigation.
