After Graduating from the University of Memphis Law School in 1997, James R. Owen moved back to East Tennessee and started practicing law, focusing mainly in the area of Criminal Defense and DUI/DWI defense. He has successfully defended thousands of citizens accused of crimes. He prides himself in investigating not only the facts of his case but also getting to know his clients on a personal level, so he can address any underlying personal issues that may have led to the criminal charges.
