Immigration Law
South Carolina
My legal practice is dedicated entirely to immigration law. I came to immigration law after working extensively with immigrant communities in the context of health education and community organizing. I started my legal career as a juvenile defense attorney with the Bronx Legal Aid Office in New York, and have since spent over 8 years practicing immigration law. I earned my Juris Doctor from City University of New York School of Law and my B.A. in Modern Languages from the University of Puerto Rico in Rio Piedras, PR. I am fluent in Spanish and am a member in good standing of the North Carolina State Bars, the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Mecklenburg County Bar.
