As an accomplished Philadelphia immigration lawyer and an immigrant who has personal experience with the U.S. Immigration Service, Elizabeth has worked extensively with businesses and individuals on immigration issues in all settings. Before establishing her current practice as an immigration attorney in Philadelphia, she was a Labor & Employment Litigator and lawyer at the main office of the law firm of Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP. In addition to working extensively on business- and family-based immigration issues, Elizabeth represents clients in immigration court in removal proceedings and in appeal matters including federal appeals. She has written for academic law journals and is also a frequent speaker at conferences on immigration law. Elizabeth was a member of the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association (AILA). She also volunteers regularly at the Pennsylvania Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians, counseling indigents in immigration and related employment issues. Elizabeth graduated from Wellesley College summa cum laude and the University of Pennsylvania Law School, and is conversant in the Malay and Indonesian languages. View More ›
