Benjamin Shein

Benjamin Shein was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. He has been actively involved in protecting legal rights since 1977 when he served as a law clerk while still in high school. Mr. Shein became a practicing attorney in 1985 and has devoted 100% of his professional time and attention to seeking justice for injured people. A renowned expert in mesothelioma and asbestos, Mr. Shein has lectured to doctors, lawyers, insurance representatives, and union leaders on asbestos exposure and disease.
