He is a native of Bend, Oregon and is the founding partner in the law firm of Elliott, Riquelme & Wilson, L.L.P. He received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law. Tim is admitted to practice in the states of Oregon and Idaho before all trial and appellate courts and the United States District Courts for both jurisdictions. Tim has prior business experience as a registered lobbyist, prosecuting attorney, developer and licensed construction contractor. He is a past Land Use Hearings Officer, Compliance Hearings Officer for Jefferson County, Oregon, hearing and deciding code enforcement cases.
