Jonathan is a managing partner of Clear Counsel Law Group. Since opening their law firm in 2011, Jonathan Barlow and his partners have developed one of the fastest growing firms in all of the Las Vegas Valley. Jonathan has focused his entire career on probate and trust administrations and disputes and has represented executors, administrators, trustees, and beneficiaries in estates of all sizes, from multi-million dollar estates to estates of minimal value. Since founding Clear Counsel Law Group, Jonathan has supervised more than 700 Probate cases with a wide variety of disputed and complex estate issues. The extensive knowledge and experience gained from probate and trust representation has also made Jonathan proficient in assisting individuals and families in preparing their estate planning with wills and trusts and business planning with business entity formation, contract drafting and review, and general business law advice. Jonathan is licensed to practice law in Nevada (2006) and in Utah (2013) and received his Juris Doctor degree from the nation’s oldest law school, William & Mary School of Law in 2006. At William & Mary, Jonathan served as Notes Editor on the William and Mary Law Review and as a teaching assistant. During law school, he completed internships with the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Campaign Legal Center and an externship with Federal Magistrate Judge Bradford Stillman. Prior to law school, Jonathan graduated from the University of Utah, cum laude, with an Honors Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. With his time away from the practice of law, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathryn, and his four best buddies, Karlie, Avery, Owen, and Jake.
