Attorney Alejandro Acosta III is a partner at the firm of Flores, Tawney & Acosta, P.C., in El Paso, Texas. Mr. Acosta earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas, and attained his law degree from the Arizona State Law School/ Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. Additionally, he holds an Indian Law Certificate and has worked with various tribal nations in the state of Arizona. Licensed to practice law since 2008, Mr. Acosta is admitted in Texas and New Mexico. He is also licensed by the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. Over the course of his career, Mr. Acosta has litigated several cases at the state, federal and appellate levels. He has experience with claims involving automobile accidents, dram shop liability, employment-related injuries, medical malpractice, nursing home negligence, premises liability, products liability and wrongful death.
