I counsel and represent clients in intellectual property and commercial/business litigation matters. The primary focus of my practice is on trade secret, trademark and copyright disputes, as well as matters involving confidentiality agreements, non-competition agreements and other restrictive covenants concerning individuals and businesses. I also have significant experience as New Jersey counsel in patent matters and have handled a wide variety of business disputes. Through Alex Anglim, an experienced insurance coverage attorney who is Of Counsel to my firm, my office also handles insurance coverage matters.
