Edward J. Mullins III

I am admitted in the state and federal courts of New Jersey and New York, including the District of New Jersey, Eastern District of New York, Southern District of New York, and Second Circuit. I graduated from Rutgers Law School, Boston College and Saint Peter’s Prep. I was born and raised in Hudson County, and reside here with my wife, son and daughter. Before founding Edward J. Mullins, Esq. LLC, I defended nation-wide consumer fraud disputes and government investigations across many industries, including insurance, retail, and telecommunications, as part of an international law firm’s advertising, class action, and privacy groups. I previously was a Deputy Attorney General with the Government & Healthcare Fraud Section in the Division of Law, Office of the Attorney General of New Jersey. I prosecuted several high-profile civil enforcement actions on behalf of State agencies and consumers for violations of New Jersey’s Consumer Fraud Act and False Claims Act, and related state and federal laws. I conducted investigations and brought enforcement actions involving consumer protection, cyber security and data privacy. I began my career in private practice litigating matters involving consumer lending, consumer privacy, criminal defense, products liability, healthcare fraud, patent infringement, shareholder disputes, and white collar investigations at international and national law firms with offices in New Jersey and New York.
