Sheri Tucker

I am a life-long experienced advocate for the elderly and people with disabilities. My practice areas are estate planning, elder law, and probate. My education and experiences give me unique skills to understand Elder Law issues, which includes helping people with disabilities. I understand the challenges seniors and their families face with a diagnosis of dementia and Alzheimer’s. As a result, my goal is to help my clients and families prepare and plan for elder care issues. Estate Planning includes Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, trusts for wealth management, asset protection and creating Special Needs Trust. I am VA accredited.
