Mr. Mettler received his Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science with minor in Public Administration, Bachelor of Arts in History with minor in Law, and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Missouri State in Springfield, Missouri. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Washburn University School of Law in Topeka, Kansas.
